Is the equipment new?

Near-new in the overwhelming majority of trials. Where equipment has had prior use, you know before we book the delivery date — with full condition detail and an adjusted price. You are never the one who discovers a problem at the client's home.

What if the trial does not work out?

Contact us before the end of the 7-day period. We collect the equipment at no charge. There is no invoice for equipment that goes back. The trial itself is funded by Sleep Choice.

Is there any cost to the client if the equipment is returned?

None. The 7-day trial is risk-free. Collection is at no charge provided equipment is returned within the trial period.

What happens to the client's existing bed?

Before every trial we call to confirm the home environment and the existing bed setup. We handle the relocation during delivery. Nothing is moved without agreement. If the bed needs to leave the home temporarily, that conversation happens before delivery day.

Question 5

Do you provide rails, headboards, and accessories?

Yes. The trial is configured to the OT's prescription — not a standard package. Bed rails, assist bars, bed sticks, overbed tables. If the OT specifies it, it is built into the trial kit.

What pressure care levels do your mattresses cover?

Our range covers moderate, medium, and high pressure care risk levels. We stock both static foam surfaces and dynamic alternating pressure systems. All mattresses meet Australian Standard AS/NZS 3744.

What is the maximum weight capacity?

Standard beds support up to 200kg safe working load. Bariatric options are available for weights up to 300kg or more, with King Single XL frames and reinforced structures.

Do you have bariatric options?

Yes. Bariatric adjustable beds up to King Single XL width (107cm) with reinforced frames and higher weight capacities. Matching pressure care mattresses in bariatric sizes are available.

Where do you deliver?

Metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding areas. Regional Victoria delivery is available by arrangement. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Urgent requests can often be accommodated within 48 hours subject to stock. We coordinate times directly with the client.

Do you set up the bed?

Full installation is included. Our team assembles the bed, fits the mattress, tests all functions, and demonstrates the remote control. We remove packaging and can manage old furniture if agreed.

Can NDIS or Home Care Package funding be used?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Equipment can be purchased outright using NDIS or HCP funding once the trial confirms suitability. We provide the documentation your client's support coordinator or case manager needs to process the funding.

Is rent-to-own available?

Yes. If outright purchase is not the right fit, rent-to-own arrangements are available. Speak to us after the trial to discuss what suits your client's funding situation.
