2.1 Overview
Sleep Choice provides in-home mattress trials and consultations to help individuals and health professionals make confident decisions about assistive bedding. By accessing this website or requesting a trial, you agree to the following terms.
2.2 Trial Service
- Mattress trials are subject to availability and service area limits.
- Trial durations and included products will be confirmed prior to delivery.
- Submission of a request form does not guarantee booking until confirmed by a team member.
2.3 Delivery and Pickup
- Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access for delivery and pickup.
- A representative must be present during scheduled delivery windows.
- Deliveries are fulfilled either by Sleep Choice staff or trusted logistics partners.
2.4 Product Use
- Mattresses must be kept in clean, dry, indoor environments.
- Excessive damage or misuse may result in repair or replacement costs.
- Notify Sleep Choice immediately if any damage occurs during the trial.
2.5 Rent-to-Own and Purchase
- Trial participants may be offered the option to purchase or enter a rent-to-own agreement following the trial.
- All pricing, rental terms, and ownership conditions will be clearly documented and require written agreement.
2.6 Consultation Calls
- Consultation calls are brief (5–10 minutes) and non-clinical.
- Their purpose is to help understand needs and match product options.
- Any medical or therapeutic advice should be obtained from a qualified health professional.
2.7 Fees and Charges
- All costs are quoted before any booking is confirmed.
- Payment may be arranged directly or via approved funding (e.g. NDIS, Home Care Packages), subject to prior agreement.
2.8 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations should be made with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee to cover operational costs.
2.9 Website Use
- All content on this site is for general information and may change without notice.
- Website content, brand elements, and materials are owned by Sleep Choice and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
Sleep Choice does not accept liability for any loss or injury arising from the use of this website or trial services. Mattress suitability should be assessed in consultation with qualified healthcare providers.
