The Process

The step most suppliers skip

Pre-trial planning call.

Before anything is scheduled, we call to confirm the home environment, the existing bed situation, your client’s vulnerabilities, and the funding pathway. No delivery is booked until we know the full picture.

Step one

Select the kit.

Use the clinical finder or describe the prescription directly. Bed, mattress, rails, and accessories are configured to the OT’s recommendation — not a standard package.

Step two

Professional delivery and full setup.

We deliver, assemble, and test every function. We demonstrate to your client and confirm the setup is appropriate before we leave. Existing furniture is managed as agreed.

Step three

Seven nights in the home.

Real-world evaluation in the actual environment — not a showroom. Your client’s own bedroom, their own routines, their own sense of what feels right. Evidence that holds up clinically.

Step four

You decide. Then we invoice.

Buy outright or rent-to-own. If the equipment is not right, we collect at no charge. Your client’s funding is never committed until the outcome is confirmed as suitable.

What happens to the client’s existing bed?

Before every trial we call to confirm the home environment and the existing bed setup. We handle the relocation during delivery. Nothing is moved without agreement. If the bed needs to leave the home temporarily, that conversation happens before delivery day.

Do you provide rails, headboards, and accessories?

Yes. The trial is configured to the OT’s prescription — not a standard package. Bed rails, assist bars, bed sticks, overbed tables. If the OT specifies it, it is built into the trial kit. What arrives is what was prescribed.

What if the client decides not to purchase?

We collect the equipment at no charge. The client’s funding package is only committed when the outcome is confirmed. There is no invoice for equipment that goes back. The trial itself is funded by Sleep Choice.

Is the equipment new?

Near-new in the overwhelming majority of trials. Where equipment has had prior use, you know before we book the delivery date — with full condition detail and an adjusted price. You are never the one who discovers a problem at the client’s home.
